We'll meet in person and tour your home. This will allow you to share your home's best features and explain what you loved about living there. We'll walk you through how the entire process is going to work so there is no gray area and we'll share a customized marketing plan specific to your home.

PRICE YOUR HOME

Using our market knowledge and experience, we will price your home competitively. It's important not to overprice your home but it's also crucial that we highlight it's best features so you can get top dollar.

PREPARE YOUR HOME

Next, we will prepare your home to ensure it is ready for the limelight. To do this we will stage your home (if necessary) and capture all of its beauty through professional photography. See examples below:

We'll create a custom page on our website dedicated to your listings, showcasing it in all its glory! 

The biggest reason we're able to tell your property's story is that we control the presentation of it on our website. The MLS, listing portals, and most broker sites all follow similar standard formatting with little to no control or flexibility. We'll create advanced marketing ads that include posts on Facebook. These Facebook ads tend to generate 50-200+ potential buyer inquiries in just 2-3 days! Other agents, with their best efforts, may take months to capture this many inquiries!

We have an exclusive email database of about 10,000 potential buyers. As soon as we list your property we'll send a mass email to our buyer list.
